Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive assessment of the visual system and optometric vision therapy/rehabilitation available. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering flexible payment options. 

Flexible Payment Options:

Vision services dealing with health problems come under the auspices of one’s major medical health insurance or, if due to an injury, are generally billed through workman’s compensation insurance or auto insurance. These vision services, being medical in nature, are not filed under “vision insurance”. If you do not currently have medical insurance, have a high unmet deductible, are filing for testing/treatment under workman’s compensation/auto insurance or your insurance provider does not cover optometric vision therapy services, ANVS is part of the CareCredit provider network.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card. CareCredit is the preferred healthcare credit card providing special financing and payment options for out-of-pocket medical expenses. 

ANVS subscribes to the 12 months 0% APR deferred interest plan for its patients. This means that no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date.

ANVS also uses CareCredit’s extended term healthcare financing for 24 months with reduced APR of 14.9% and required fixed monthly payments until the balance is paid in Full. Purchases of $1,000 or more qualify for the 24- month reduced interest financing. Complete financing details are available with your CareCredit Credit Card Account Agreement  .

To sign up, go to www.carecredit.com and click on ‘Apply Now’. To locate our Business simply type ‘Advanced Neuro-Vision Systems’ into the ‘Practice-OR-Dr Last Name’ search box and click search. On the next screen click on the ‘Apply Now’ button under Advanced Neuro-Vision Systems and fill-in the electronic application form. You can also apply by phone by calling 1-800-677-0718. Once you've applied, you can use CareCredit again and again at any location that accepts CareCredit.

Please note:

If services are required for patients who have sustained a neurological insult (concussion, brain injury, stroke, etc.) the total for medically necessary diagnostic testing and monthly progress evaluations typically ranges between $1,000 and $1,800. As for vision therapy and rehabilitation, individual needs vary, but typically, we provide 6-12 therapy sessions per treatment plan at $200 per session. The CareCredit website provides a monthly payment calculator based on the financing plan that you choose. You can pay per service, or up to 4 weeks of services in advance. It’s up to you. This will not affect your total balance. 

Advanced Neuro-Vision Systems requires payment before the service is received. 

If you have major medical health insurance or are being covered by workman’s compensation/auto insurance for your specific health care costs, Advanced Neuro-Vision Systems will bill your insurance carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. However, if we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier, you will be responsible for payment of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier. Insurance payments are never guaranteed. Nonetheless, we do “anticipate” some payment from some contracted providers
